Boxes

Can I just buy one box?

If you would prefer to receive or send a single box rather than subscribing, you can purchase a one month subscription plan and cancel or put it “on hold” before the subscription renewal date. All subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled by the subscriber from their account page before the renewal date.

We keep every month’s box a secret – we wouldn’t want to spoil the surprise! You can have a look at previous boxes and examples of products and brands we use here.

Are PawPost boxes suitable for puppies and kittens?

Most of the products we include are suitable for puppies and kittens. If you’re buying a box for the new, furry addition to your family, please let us know in the “comments” section on the checkout, or contact us, so that we can make sure to give them everything they need for the best start in life!

Can I send a box as a gift?

Sure! At the checkout, make sure to enter your own billing address and the shipping address of the recipient. If you’d like us to include a handwritten notecard with your box, leave a short message in the “comments” section of the checkout form.

Shipping

When will my PawPost box be dispatched?

We send out all of our boxes between the 5th and the 15th of each month. Orders made after the 12th will receive their first box the following month.

How long does delivery take?

UK-bound boxes are sent by courier, and take 2-4 days to be delivered. Once your box has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number for your box.

Deliveries to other parts of the world take between 7 and 28 days to arrive, depending on the delivery location.

Can I track my PawPost box?

UK-based customers will receive an email from our courier partners containing a tracking number once the PawPost box has been dispatched. Our international couriers don’t currently offer an option for parcel tracking.

Which countries do you deliver to?

As well as the UK, we currently deliver to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Hungary, Indonesia, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Romania, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, USA.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping to the UK costs £1.95 per box. International shipping costs vary depending on the destination, and can be calculated at the checkout.

My Subscription

How can I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, log in to your account, and select the option to edit your subscription. This will prevent your subscription from being automatically renewed, and will change your subscription status to “pending cancellation”. You won’t be charged again, but you will still receive any boxes that you have already paid for.

Can I pause my subscription?

If you would like to temporarily stop receiving PawPost boxes, you can put your subscription “on hold” through your account page. If you are on a one month plan, this will prevent your subscription from being automatically renewed. If you are part way through a 3, 6 or 12 month plan and you put your subscription on hold, we’ll stop sending you boxes until you reactivate it.

How do I edit my details?

You can edit your shipping, billing and subscription details from your account page.

Why haven't I received a box this month?

If you were expecting to receive a box this month but didn’t, check your subscription status from your account page. If we have been unable to take payment from you, your subscription will be listed as “on hold”, and you may need to update your payment details.

If your subscription is still listed as active, and you haven’t received your box (or a shipping confirmation email if you live in the UK), get in touch with us and a member of the team will assist you.

Other Things

My coupon code isn't working.

Make sure that your coupon is valid for the plan that you’re trying to purchase. Coupons are only valid on full-price plans and not in conjunction with any other offers.
